Procedure for retracting published articles

Authors should understand that a manuscript may be withdrawn only prior to its publication in *Economics and Technical Engineering*. If there are objective reasons for withdrawal, authors must submit a clear letter (signed by all authors) providing a detailed explanation of the need to withdraw the manuscript. A withdrawn manuscript is completely removed from the publisher’s database, and the copyright remains with the authors of the withdrawn manuscript.
