Abstract

The article examines the formation and utilization of financial resources of Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises under martial law, post-war recovery, and climate transformation. The relevance of the study is determined by the strategic role of the metallurgical industry in Ukraine’s economic development, export potential, and post-war reconstruction. The sector currently faces numerous challenges, including military risks, destruction of production and transport infrastructure, logistical disruptions, rising energy costs, limited investment opportunities, and increasingly stringent environmental requirements driven by European integration.
